About Me
I'm Junyi Peng, a senior software developer at Kroger in the Cincinnati area. For nearly 8 years I've built kroger.com with React and TypeScript, working on the experiences customers rely on most: choosing how to shop (pickup, delivery or ship), picking a time slot, and checking out.
Today I work on the CMS-driven rendering layer that turns content data into live pages, so business teams can change the site without waiting on a front-end release.
I'm also deep into AI-assisted engineering. I designed a code review workflow that pairs multiple LLM coding agents, and I'm currently expanding into back-end development with Python and PostgreSQL.
